What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of ascendonboarding.com, this marketing website. They are not the agreement for the Ascend product. Subscribing to Ascend means accepting a separate customer agreement presented when you create an account, and that agreement — not this page — governs the service, what it costs you, and how your data is processed.

The text, design, illustrations and code on this site belong to Ascend Artificial AS. Third-party names and logos — including Netlife's — remain the property of their respective owners and appear here with their permission. Quotes from customers are reproduced as given.

Accuracy, and what is not a binding offer

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but it is marketing material and we give no warranty that every detail is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. In particular, the prices, plan limits and features shown here are indicative. What you are actually charged, and what your plan actually includes, is set by the agreement and the plan you select in the app. Where this site and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

This site links out to the Ascend app and to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes arising from your use of this website belong to the Norwegian courts, with Vestre Innlandet tingrett as the agreed venue.
